Viber Licence Agreement

The terms of use mentioned below (or the “Terms”) are the fundamental rights and obligations that you and we have between us when you use our services. The language of the terms will appear legal (mainly because they are), but we have nevertheless tried to make them as simple as possible for you, so that we can be sure that you will knowingly choose to use our services under these binding terms (which effectively constitute a binding agreement between Viber Media S.a r.l. and yourself). 3.1 MessengerPeople provides its customers with a geographically unlimited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Platform exclusively for the purposes of the relevant User Agreement. The right of use expires at the end of the contract. 9.1 You may purchase credits (“viber credits”) with any payment method made available to you by Viber from time to time. The viber balance you purchase is credited to your user account at the time of purchase. We will send you a confirmation of your Viber Credit order [by email]. We use the services of third parties to make your payments to us or to third parties, and we require such third parties to take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your personal and traffic data and comply with relevant legislation.

Please read the terms of use and privacy policy of these third parties before providing your banking or payment information. You will agree that you do not rely on the future availability of features or products offered through the Service if you accept or make payments under this Agreement. You can change your payment method and billing information by signing in to your Viber account under account.viber.com/. You agree that Viber may use information about your selected payment method, provided by your shipping bank or the corresponding payment system. If you pay in foreign currency, you agree that the amount that will ultimately be credited to you may vary depending on the currency conversion policies of our external liquidators that you can find on the corresponding website or at the place where you make the actual purchase. 6.3. With regard to the processing of your end users` personal data that you provide to us through our services, you are the controller and INFOBIP is the processor.. . .
